Whistleblowing

Last updated · October 20, 2026

01Purpose

A workplace free from misconduct

The channel is for people with a work-related connection to Lintex, such as employees, contractors and suppliers. Past and prospective connections are also covered.

Lintex investigates and follows up suspected misconduct and protects whistleblowers under the policy’s conditions.

02When to report

Serious misconduct that needs to come to light

Report serious misconduct in the public interest that you learned about in a work-related context, or certain breaches of EU law. You must have reasonable grounds to believe the information is true.

Take personal complaints without a public interest to your manager or HR. Include sensitive personal data only if it is absolutely necessary to describe what happened.

03How to report

Through the reporting channel

lintex.visslan-report.se

Visslan’s channel is always open. An independent case manager receives written reports or audio files.

You can also report externally to a competent authority or, where applicable, to EU institutions, bodies or agencies. Section 3.3 of the policy explains how.

04After you report

Confirmation and feedback

7 days

Confirmation that your report was received

3 months

Feedback on measures planned or taken

Reports are handled confidentially and you can remain anonymous. Save the sixteen-digit code you receive to follow your case.

Your identity is disclosed only with your consent or if the law requires it. Irrelevant personal data is deleted. Data is kept only as long as needed. Retaliation is prohibited. The policy explains the conditions for protection.
